Keiburn got 0 in the second head and the score was 1-2-13 at the 10th, Stevenson having scored on 6 heads against 4. At the 19th head they were 20 all. Stevenson led from, the 20th to 24th. Stevenson burnt the 22nd. In the last head Stevenson lay ono, hut Gray trailed the kittty to the gutter and got two. and won the match by one. It was good work though the team were unlucky to lose. The game lasted 4J hours. Stevenson played on a different rim? against Lyttelton. It was not so fast. They led from the start till the 19th head, when they were 14 oil. The team was very tired after the haid game of tho morning. They led again on every head until the 24th when the score was 22 to 17. At the last head Lyttelton lay one and Stevenson’s team were satisfied and won by four. The team have won five and lost three games.

Gibson (Tnieri). Stewart (Dunedin), Malcolm (Balmaiewan), Anderson (Roslvn), l’ilkington (Hamilton), Brenmer (West-End, Auckland) and Dee (Maitai) 7 wins each.
