A scheme to raise a £IOO,OOO fund for the purpose of obtaining the Spahlinger euherculosis treatment for Britain, is announced in Manchester. Forty thousand of tlie fund is required to secure land and laboratories in Geneva, and the remainder to extend the scope of the treatment. MORE MONEY FOR SP AH LINGER . LONDON. January li. Tlip Secretary of the Union’s Committee said the idea was to encourage other trade unions to participate in securing Spahlinger’s treatment for the benefit of all trade unionists.
