Mr Frank Power retterat.es his charge that Kitchener’s death was due to officially ordered negligence. Mr Power publishes a letter attributed to Colonel Oswald Fitzgerald, who perished with Kitchener, written to a friend prior to embarking on the Hampshire, asserting that Kitchener was the centre of a disgraceful intrigue and adding: “ If we don’t return foul play will probably have been tlie means of preventing us.”
