At the Taranaki swimming championships Held here, although the conditions were favourable, the times registered were poor. After the meeting the Taranaki representatives for the New Zealand championship meeting were selected as follows:—Seniors, I. AY. Grant <’Hnwern), H. S. AA r oston i New Plymouth). Intermediate, D. B. Rawson and AY. Pen nan (New Plymouth). Intermediate girls, B. 0. Ay ton. One has not been picked for the senior short distances. Results of championships : Senior. 50 yards.—-IT. D.
