FLOODS IN EUROPE.
FI,ODDS SUBSIDING. [Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] CONDON, Jan. 11. The Thames floods are sudsiding rapidly at all points, and fields and roads are emerging again from the waste of waters. PARIS. Jan. 11. Reports state the Seine and all its tributaries are falling while Amsterdam experienced n fine fuiitnv weekend. The floods have gradually .subsided, but oven with the absence of further rain, draining and dyke repairing will he a lengthy and costly business. All workers idled by the floods received unemployment pay.
