PARIS. Jan. 11. Reports state the Seine and all its tributaries are falling while Amsterdam experienced n fine fuiitnv weekend. The floods have gradually .subsided, but oven with the absence of further rain, draining and dyke repairing will he a lengthy and costly business. All workers idled by the floods received unemployment pay.
