PRESENTATION OF PRIZES,

The annual break-up and presentaiJon of prizes at Hokitika District High School took place yesterday aiteinooii when there were a number oi parents and others present. The Rev. .1. F. .Lok (Chairman of the School Committee) presided and addressee the children, other speeches were also made. The Mayoress Mis C. Perry) presented lise prize-. to the sneeessiul scholars and iho children rendered a number of items in good style, the gallic ring proving an enjoyable and successful one. THE PRIZE-LIST.
