Further evidence tor the defence was given by John Ahnehan. Jas. Jones and A. W. Teenies, and for plaintiff by Afoore (plaintiff). His AYorship in giving judgment, stated the plaintiffs claimed £IOO for damages done to the house and propertv of plaintiffs by the bursting away of tl’.e ground at tlte defendants dam. His Worship found that as an act of misfeasance on the part of the defendants. the. plaintiffs were entitled to receive damages.
