[lIV TKI.IKJIIAPII DUNEDIN. Dee. 7. 'Two live tuataras in the Education Court are attracting much attention from visitors. Tlie tuatara is the oldest living reptile, and lias survived, practically unchanged for millions of years. It is found nowhere in the world except on a few small islands off the Coast of New Zealand. The large green tuatara in the Court i* a H-inale from Stephen's 'lsland, and Men and Chicken Islands. Auckland. The reptiles are fed on flic's and worms once a week. They live to 10!) years, and it is believed the pair at the exhibition are oil vears old.
