Our Ross correspondent reported this afternoon that three piles of Stuart and Chapman’s bridge across the Waitaha river, were washed out by the flood this morning. So far the upi>cr structure is intact. Whatever the weather conditions are to-ni'dit the concert and ball at Woodstock will definitely take place. \ cry complete arrangements have been made. A fine concert programme has been arranged, with a full orchestra for the ball to follow. All the arrangements are complete For a successful gathering.
