Harry C-rcber (Air Murdoch) v. Alary E. (’rebel’, application for variation of a maintenance order made at AVestport in 1919, or Iss per week. After hearing applicant, the application which was not opposed by tlie Department, the arrears £B4 10s were written off, and order suspended for six months.
UN LIGHTED CAR. The police charged A. G. Hammond with leaving n motor-ear in AYeld St. at night, without a light. Fined 5s and costs 7s. BOROUGH BY-LAWS.
The Borough Inspector (Air Park) charged John E. Hood, with allowing a motor ear to stand unlighted in Revel! Street at night; Fined 5s and costs 17s Gd. Same v. Gilbert Alurtha, a similar offence. Fined 5s and costs 17s Gd. Same v. J. Redder, a charge of cycling on a footpath in Bealey St. Fined 5s and costs 17s 6d. Same v. Tlios Movnilirui, a charge of allowing a horse to wander. Fined 5s and costs IX Gd. Same v. Tlios Stuart, a similar charge, a pony. Fined 10s and costs 17s fid. Same v. J. Cameron, 2 cows. Convicted without penalty or costs. Same v. T. Staines, 1 horse.
