Three New Zealand appeal eases are to lx* brought betore the Privy Council in London next year, and prominent New Zealand counsel will represent the writes. In the c:-se < f Morgan v. Wright—an Ashburton ease—.Mr.M.J. Gresson (Christchurch) will appear for the appellant, and Mr M. Myers (Wellington) for the respondent. In another ease, the appeal of Distributors Limited, Mr Gresson will be with Mr Mvers for the appellant. A third case is from Invercargill. Wilkinson y. Bissett. Mr Gresson will net in this ease, but probably as junior to English counsel.
