Mr Justice Kecthnm ( President i and Mr Fisher (iTster member) of the 11ster Boundary Cnm.aiission have issued an official statement declaring: “Our relations with Prolesor MacXeil were those of the clo.w'sl mutual confidence, until November 10th when Professor MacXeil. arriving from Dublin, announced his decision to resign. Vutil then Professor MacXeil had made i. perfectly dear that he intended joining us in signing the (•oinmission’is award embodying a boundary line the general features of which were approved and recorded in the minutes as early as October 17th. It was contemplated tljat a statement should accompany our report indicating that the enmmi-sioneds had agreed to sink all individual differences for the purposes of arriving at a. uiiauiiiiiius award, not specifying the points mi which the differences arose,’’ IRISH CABINET t RISIS. This gave rise to rumours of the resignation of the Government Ministers. The Cabinet silting broke up at 12.30 o’clock in I lie morning, after four hours’ sitting.
