BF.RUTN, Oct. 23 ; A communique issued by the Socialist Party states the Party will not vote for the Lnrarno Bill in the present Reichstag as they are unable to acquit the German Nationalists of the responsibility of voting for the ratification of the Security Pact. The Socialists, therefore, demand a dissolution of the Reichstag though they consider I.oearuo agreements pronounced success for their own policy. This seems to indicate there will tie no Reichstag majority for the Pact and that a general election js the only solution.
