I.atcr news from Alomephis reveal* that there were nineteen fatalities as the result of the accident to the passenger train of ten cars, which, when travelling at fifty miles per hour, plunged down a twenty-five foot, embankment near Victoria. The wreck was caused bv a defective rail.
