[Australia A X.Z. Cable Association.] LONDON. Oct. 27. Tt is learned that, in accordance with the decision of the League Council, a British military attache. Kanor Giles, is going from Athens to the scene of the Graeco-Bulgarian conflict. French and Italian attaches are also going. PARTS. Oct. 27. Al. Priand has informed the League Council that he is still awaiting definite Graeco-Bulgarian replies. The Greek delegate read a telegram that endeavours were being made to reach an agreement m conformity with the League’s opinion. M. Briaud declared the explanation unsatisfactory, and said that instant withdrawal is c.-son-tial. Air Chamberlain questioned the Greek delegate. who admitted that while Bulgurs penetrated Greek territory for five hundred to six hundred yards, the Greeks have penetrated live miles into Bulgaria. SOFIA, Oct, 27. Greek rifle and machine gun fire is reported in the direction of Petritch on Tuesday afternoon. Simultaneously the Greek artillery allegedly shelled the village of Petrivo.
