TENNIS.
The annual meeting of All Saints’ Tennis Club was held last evening. A Wi v large number of members ant! intending members attended. Rev -I. Perkins occupied the chair. The annual report and balance-sheet was read ami adopted. An election of officers then folio resulting: - President : - Rev. .1. Belkins . (reelected ). Vice-presidents—Messrs 1). .1. Evans, \Y. K. Williams, H. M. ("unison. J. D. Ward. E. B. Alabin, lion 11. L. Michel (re-elected) and Rev. .1. F. Jack., Captain- Mr Dougherty. Vice-Captain Miss |>. Wallace. Secretary .Miss L. Fane (re-elected). Treasurer—Mr .1. B. Ward (re-elect-ed!. Committee—Airs Benjamin. Misses E and L. Knight. A. Andrews and A Stapleton; A less is j{. Paterson. J. Gilford, E. Freitas, A. Hoy. P. Ross and W. Sherman. A number of new members were proposed and accepted. The opening day was fixed for the 2nd. Saturday in October. A hearty vote of thanks to the chair brought the meeting to a close.
