Barker lieing disqualified in the second round for bumping with bis bead. Early in that round, when the men clinched for infighting. Parker’s bead opened a cut over Gornik’s left eye. necessitating a caution from the referee. A moment later Parker again bumped Gornik. and the referee stopped the light. It was a moment or two before the large crowd realised what bad happened, and then a demonstration followed, boots end kisses mingling with cheers, whilst spirited arguments took jilace in all parts of the theatre. One on the ringside necessitated the intervention of th" police.
