(Jreymouth and resulted in an easy win for the visitors by 3d points (8 tries, and four being converted) to I I points (a converted try, a try and 2 penalty goals.) To the early stages Coast, scored, O’Neill getting over and Warnes converted. Soon alter Warnes kicked a penalty goal. Then the visitors got going and they dominated the greater portion of the play their passing and general combination being much superior. The Coast endeavoured to make the game a forward one while the visitors opened out the play on every possible occasion. For the Coast tries were scored by O’Neill and Walker. Warnes converting the first one and kicking two penally goals. For the visitors Crossman (2). Lowers (3). l-’orc! (3) amt Meagher scoroil tries. Lawton converting (2) and Thorn (2). Mr ,1.
