RUSSIAN DELEGATION KAILS. LONDON. August 23. It is stated that the Russian textile delegation failure was mainly due to the insistence on long credits, lilt* delegation particularly desired to place orders in Lancashire, hut were informed that Lancashire firms were not prepared to jeopardise their trade relations with other foreigners, who paid within two or three months, whereas by accepting Russian orders they would have to wait two or three years. SIRDAR’S MURDERERS. CAIRO, August 23. Eight murderers of the Sirdar were executed this morning at three quarters of an hour intervals. The death .sentence on the elder ol the Enayat Brothers whose confession led to the bringing of the others to justice, was commuted to imprisonment for life.
