THURSDAY. AUGUST 2iltli. (Before W. Meldruni. Esq. 5.. M.) LICENSING ACT. The Fnlice charged seven persons with being on licensed premises (Central Hotel) during prohibited hours. One appeared and pleaded not guilty, hut his excuse was not accepted, hour were ordered to pay 7s costs each, one was fined 20s and costs 7s, and two IPs anil costs 7s. A resident of Woodstock on a similar charge (Royal Mail Hotel) was convicted and lined 21 Is. and costs 7s. DEFENCE ACT. Ernest M. M. Christiansen wits charged with failure to register as a senior cadet. Fined 5s and costs .s. DEBT CASES. T. Robinson and Son (Mr Murdoch) v. A. J. Phillips claim £l3 2s 8(1. Judgment for plaintiff with costs £1 U Od. If. M. Coul-on (Mr Klcoek) v. -las Finely claim £3 15s. Judgment for plaintiir with costs 18s Od. A. Dowell (Mr Elcoek) v. Geo. Dale judgment summons £3 2s. Od. Order made for pavilion! forthwith. SEPARATION ORDER. \n application for a separation order on the grounds ol failure to maintain, was made by the wife. (for whom Mr Joyce appeared) which the husband (for whom Mr Sellers appeared) opposed.
