Tho New Zealand League team played the Cootamundra match utter travelling all night' and then had another all night journey returning to Sydney this morning. The match was strenuous throughout, the visitors being in the lead till just before the last whistle when u free kick put the local team one point ahead. The halt-time score was New Zealand 10, Cootamundra 10. It had previously been 10 to 2. I'iee kicks wore a feature of the game, twenty-eight being awarded to the local team against three for New Zealand. The New Zealand try-getters were, Kirwin (‘2), Brown, Webb and Ellis one each.
