At the trial of Aristoteles Benetos and Nicholas Tsontsos, charged wilt murdering Joans ATaehos. Benetos addressing the Jury said; “I killed Ylnclios. I killed him tn defend my own life." Benetos recounted the terrible struggle for the possession of a knife which he said \Taehos had raised against Tsontsos and himself.
