It is reported tliat :in unofficial strike has broken out among the seamen and lire men and ships are held up 111 London and Hull as a protest against Air Havelock Wilson and the officials ot the Sailors’ and Firemens' 1 nion< agreeing to a reduction of wages. They declare they should have been consulted. Air Havelock Wilson says the only men striking are the unemployeds uhom the Communists are exploiting, hut men are freely signing on and recognising that it was the best bargain made in their interests.
