In connection with the eleventh anniversary of the start of the war, there were many pilgrims to the cenotaph al Whitehall and the Unknown Warrior's grave in the Ahhev. There were most pathetic scenes, poverty, stricken mothers placing posies of wall flowers at the base of the cenotaph in memory of their dead hoys. TRIAL OF PLOTTERS. MADRID, Aug. 5. A message from Barcelona says it is officially stated that seven prisoners are now awaiting trial in connection with the attempt during the recent Royal visit to Barcelona, to blow up the Royal train in a tunnel.
