The Tangier correspondent of the “Times” states that Abdel Krim’s emissaries visited Tetimn where they were entertained by the Spaniards with every mark of respect. ’I hey communicated Abdel Krim’s demand for Kiffian independence, which determination Abdel Krim subsequently broadcasted throughout the tribes. Pa in I eve declares he is certain the Morroccan war will he successfully concluded by October. “Wo have issued our peace terms and it remains with the Rilfs to accept or reject them,” concluded M. Painleve.
