[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] SUCCESS AGAINST RIFFS. MADRID. August 2. A communique states that a Spanish column has-routed an enemy concentration between Mulharil and 1 auriat, after brisk fighting. The Spanish casualties were 50 mostly natives. The security of the lines of communication in the Western Section is now assured.
