Admiral Wilev concludes that nothing could have excelled the welcome received. MELBOURNE, -august -l. Four vessels of the American Fleet, comprising the light cruiser division, leave for Hobart this morning, arriving to-morrow. A second deserter from the Milwaukee who was arrested on a charge of J ti'iispassiiig on railway property has been handed over to the American authorities. Both men have been placed in the Pennsylvania’s prison.
