There wore turbulent stones in the Reichstag in consequence of the VierI’resident’s decision to apply the order curtailing the length of speeches. 'I he Vice-President suspended the sitting when the Communist Jadaseh disobeyed the order to leave the House, but" Jadaseh was still there on the House reassembling. He declined to submit to his twenty days’ exclusion and tumult ensued. The Vice-President subsequently summoned the police, who, after clearing the public galleries, escorted from the building Jadaseh and another Communist, Hoellin, who was similarly exelm led.
