[Australia & N.Z. Cable Association.] THE GERMAN VIEW. BERLIN, July 8. Til a series of adjustments indicated in a statement published in the Berlin press, purporting to give the Chancellor’s views regarding the new Allied restrictions on German aeronautics, says: They are not concerned with military questions, hut are solely dictated with the object of throttling German competition.
Herr Luther is reported to have said the restrictions would not be accepted license they ought to impose conditions not authorised by the Treaty. Cabinet, therefore, would be free to make what decision it pleased.
