CHINESE GENERAL’S APPEAL, PEKIN, July 8.
General Teng, who is a professed Christian, quoted anti-British versions of tho Shanghai, Hankow anil Canton shootings. The General urges the Christians all over the world to demand justice for China. He concludes: “if the Christians still remain in silence, then the Chineso will think tliaf they sympathise with the cruel English policy.”
