lIOFXDIXG OFFICERS. LONDON, April 27. In format im has reached “The Daily .Mail” showing that money-lenders are still doing their utmost to ruin Army oflicers. One young ufliici' serving abroad writes: ‘'The money-lenders know that an officer having JO years' service can obtain £I.OOO by resigning his commission : they get names and addresses ami dates from the Army List. They are making my life a misery. I borrowed UiiO while in England and gave post-dated cheques.
