All Kellogg, respecting the relations between the United States and Mexico, Mr Kellogg declared that the Government. of Mexico was on trial before tinworld. and that the United State would continue to support the Mexican Government only so long as it protected the lives ol the citizens of the United States, and complied with its international obligations.
