At the Soldiers’ Hall on Saturday night there was a capital attendance for the juvenile fancy dress hall. Over nlty children were in fancy costume, and some ex client dresses were displayed. There were a large number of other children present, and with the adults tlie hall was well filled. Emm 7.H0 onwards Messrs G oddfellow's Orchestra supplied music, and in their froli'-s the children enjoyed themselves very heartily. About 8.30 the judging took place. Mesdamcs Perry. Michel. The juveniles held possession of the (loor till 10 o’clock, supper being served in the interval in relays in the annexe. by the ladies committee. At night the weekly euchre takes place. This is to he a special evening. The prizes for the ladies is a hag of Hour and a box of tea. and for gents M hag of sugar and 5 lbs hatter. The dinner set won in the late ioiirnameir, will lie presented also. Admission will he Is 0(1.
