Accused was housekeeper to Mr and Mrs Dully. In admitting tbe charge, sbe said tbe found a roll of notes on tbe lloor. '\ be lot contained only £39. WELLINGTON, April 6. At the Supreme Court, George Henry Davis, for carnal knowledge, was ordered to come up for sentence when called up> on condition that he married the girl. AUCKLAND. April G. Detective Cummings said it was allcgeil that accused had I cell associated with Munro and received part ol the ■muds from Schneidermuii’s. Munro was assisting in the recovery ol tingoods, and would appear m tne Court to-morrow morning. Accused was remanded until next Tuesday, and allowed bail of CIOO.
