WESTLAND RACING CLUB
AUTUMN MEETING. The Autumn meeting of the AVestland Pacing Club will he held on Wednesday, April loth., when stakes to the value of £O7O will he given away. The programme appears in this issue. It will be noticed that there is a hurdle race worth 00 sovs, a saddle trot of 75 so vs, and a harness trot of 85 sovs. In addition there are live flat races of which the principal event is worth BlOsovs. Nominations for all events are cue sov each, and a similar uniform fee is to lie charged for acceptances. Nominations close next I uc.sday night at l J o’clock.
The usual complete arrangements are being made for the meeting, including special train services at excursion rates. The course itself is m splendid order, while the buildings all repainted of late, set off the general appearance of the appointments. The rights to the booths etc., will be sold by public auction at noon to-morrow (Wednesday) week, at the Princess I lieatre.
