LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. OABLE ASSOCIATION. SMALL NATIONS WANT PROTOCOL GENEVA, March 13. The Council of the League of Nations unanimously carried a resolution submitted by M. Bones referring to the delegates statements in regard to the protocol and next September’s Assembly of the League. M. Bores in a lengthy speech defended tiie protocol for which lie said all small nations were longing. Mr Chamberlain briefly recapitulated the British standpoint, and announced lie accepted M. Bone’s resolution.
