LATE LOCALS.
A meeting was held last evening oi the Legion of Frontiersmen. Members were present from Kanieri. Kokatabi. and Hokitika. Frontiersman Jones was elected to the chair, and Frontiersman Rest, secretary, pro-tem. It was resolved to form a Hokitika branch of the League of Frontiersmen. It was decided to make a canvass for further members and to call a meeting at a later date to elect officers. Preparations were also made to toim a Legionary Ritie Club.
