One of the finest laugh hits of the year comes to the Princess Theatre tonight. when Owen .Moore, Sidney Chaplin and Sylvia Breamer will he seen in the leading parts in First. National's “Her Temporary Husband.” by Edw.ard Piiulton. It's the story of a girl who married tin old man so she could get the fortune provided bv an old aunt’s will .and then suddenly discovered lour men who claimed to be her husbands. It promises to be one of the funniest things seen on the screen for this season. Sylvia Breamer, the heroine of this hilarious laugh-provoker, must marry within twenty-four hours to win a fortune. She wants the fortune but not the partner that goes with it. So she marries a graveyard candidate, “a youthful” chap of about 95 summers. Lucky for Owen .Moore, her enterprising admirer, the intended groom sports a heavy crop of whiskers. Owen dons cheaters, masquerades as the dying victim” and gets married to the girl then complications. Before the amusing situation is straightened out, almost everyone in the bridal home is “hiding behind the hushes.” A gang of rullians come to kill the bowiiiskerod bridgegroom. Then it is a ease of “on ag’in off ng’in Finnegan,” as tlio bewhiskered masqueraders try to keep one jump ahead of the bold bad villains. flic latest in Topicals and a two-reel comedy completes the usual Monday display. Orchestral .selections and usual prices. On Wednesday next William Fox presents “Hoodman Blind” and on Thursday a Master Picture entitled “Main Street.”
