[Reuters Telegrams.i LOAN OFFER TO DOMINIONS. LONDON, February 24. The House of Commons agreed to a financial resolution increasing the amount of leans under the Trade Facilities Act, for which Government guarantees may lie given, from (55 to 70 millions sterling. Mr Hilton Young suggested the appointment of a sub-committee, endowed with initiative to work in conjunction with the Colonial Office, and to deal with dominions’ development schemes. In this connection, some disappointment prevailed. Mr Guinness pointed out the Colonial Office had a representative on the Dominions’ Committtee. He thought the disappointing results were due to the fact that the facilities were not_ fu 11 v appreciated in the Dominions, from whom it had been hoped applications would come. Questioned in connection with the Government’s decision regarding the draft report of the committee appointed by the late Government on the ganisation of Empire wireless, Mr Mitchell Thompson, (Postmaster-Gener-al. replied that many changes in tho organisation had been decided upon, including the establishment of a separate branch to administer oveiseas cables and wireless changes, had al- y ready been given effect.
