Convicted and fined 20s and costa 7s. Another resident similarly charged gave an excuse of being there on business, which Was accepted, ’and the charge dismissed. WITHOUT A LIGHT. T. Lock charged with riding a bicycle at night without a light was fined •Is and costs 7s. MAINTENANCE. In a maintenance cliaige, £l3l IPs due. the defendant was ordered to pay £lO a month, m default one month’s imprisonment. DEBT CASES. Jeffries and Co., (Mr Elcoek) v.
