, l Kecters Telegrams.l THE COWBOYS’ WELC’OAIE. VANCOUVER, February 8. Hie reception of the All Blacks at Calgary had two spectacular features. Before a huge crowd ten Indian chiefs, with swears and braves, in all their splendour of native raiments, met the Muori mem liers on the invitation of Lieut-Governor Brett. Premier Greenfield and the cowboys mingled with the throng. The natives of the two countries studied each oilier closely lor the first time on record. Following an auto tour ol the city the cowboys staged a unique banquet hail at the leading hotel. Ihe assemblage, which was in varied garb, was finally startled by the terrifying yell of a veteran cowboy as lie rode a horse straight into the rotunda yelling the Western whoop. The All Blacks left on Saturday morning for Ban If where they will he lor two davs the guests ol the Winter Carnival Committee.
