Barbara Castletun, who makes Jier latest bow to motion picture fans in the William Lfiox emotional drama, ‘‘The Net,” which is being shown tonight at the Princess Theatre, may he described as live feet fivo inches oi charming personality and winsomcness. In this production .Miss Castloion plays the rule of a wife who acknowledges another man as her husband, in order to shield her husband who is a murderer, and thus give him time to escape from the scene of the crime. Miss Castletun was born in Little Rock. Arkansas, and attended school at Now Rochelle, X.Y., where she was a chum of Anita Stewart. While living in Canada after finishing school Barbara received an offer from Anita Stewai't to go into pictures in New York. But when the young Canadian girl arrived in New York she secured a place as understudy to Peggy Wood in Cohan and Harris’s “It Bays to Advertise" instead of appearing before the camera. Tint the call of the screen was not to be denied and shortly after coming to New York she was engaged for a small part in support of Naziniova in “War Brides." Most of his challengers Dempsey has been able to boat into submission in double quick time, but not only did Gibbons extend the holder over the full course of 15 rounds, but, according to many, he was very unlucky not fo receive the decision.
