WEDDING BELLS

HANR A H AN—O ’ll ALLAH AX. A quiet but prottv wedding was solemnised at St. Patrick’s Church, Greymouth, yesterday, when Eileen, oldest daughter of Mrs O’Hnllahnn, High Street, was united in the bonds of holy matrimony to Daniel, sou of Mrs Hanrahnn, Taiimi Street. The ceremony was performed,by the Rev. Father McMonagle, assisted by the Rev. Father Long. The former also celebrated tl<e Nuptial Afass. Tlieibride entered the church on the arm of her brother, Air Tom O’Hallahan, who also gave her away. She was charmingly attired in ivory ehnrmeuse trimmed with seed pearls and caught on one side with a pearl ornament. Her veil of t-ulle was .arranged mop cap style with circlet of orange blossoms and festoons iff pearls. She carried a shower bouquet of liot-liouse flowers and maiden-luiir fern, with ivory streamers. She was attended by her sister, Aliss Doreen O’TTiillahan, who wore a pretty frock of gold and rose shot heaute with early Victorian hat of black georgette relieved with gold. She carried a choice bouquet of hothouse flowers in gold and white. The bridegroom was attended by bis brother. Air D. llanraliaii. The bridal party left the church to the strains of the wedding march beautifully played by Air T. Cranksliaw. After the ceremony the bridal party and guests adjourned to Tlarker’s Ten Rooms where the wedding breakfast was partaken of. The newly-married couple left amid showers of confetti. by the Christchurch express, en route to the North Island, where the honeymoon will be spent. The bride travelled in a smart mole costume and hat of blue and silver, with floral brim.
