February owing to tho infantile paralysis position, which will |,e reviewed and a. further announcement made on the Bth or 9th. February. FIRST NELSON CASE. NELSON, January 21. Paralysis notifications for 24 hours to 9 a. lll. are :—Wellington 5, Ngaio, Eastbourne, Waipukurnu, Masterton. Waitara. Levin, Awnkiuo. Nelson one each : Wanganui two. The Nelson ease is the first in the South Island since the Dunedin case.
