SUNDAY TEACHERS SUMMER SCHOOL.
The first work day of the school began oil Tuesday with Holy Communion at 7.30 a.m. At 9. Id a Bible Study Circle met under the leadership ol Archdeacon Taylor, and a study ol the Parables commenced. The llev. F. C. Lawrence delivered ail address at 10.10 on tne practical and spiritual side of .Sunday School work.
At 11.15 Miss Elliott gave a Won to a class of 4-year old children, and this was followed by a demonstration lesson to 7-year olds by Miss Paik. During the afternoon some members of the school indulged in toll; dancing on the vicarage lawn under the "uidai. •• of Miss Elliott. After evensong came tea. Then at 7 p.m. Miss Will, gave an address on the use of models, some most interesting models l>ein rr shown in illustration of a Christmas lesson. At S p.m. the Rev. F. C. Lawrence told the story of the life of John Chalmers, martyr missionary of New Guinea ant! Papua,
