Donnelly, the judges appointed by the Racing Conference, have dismissed the appeals lodged by F. I). Jones and M. AlcCarten against their disqualifications by the Australian Jockey Club. In the course of their judgment they said: "Mb' feel bound to act upon, and give effect to tbc decision of the racing tribunals in New South M'ales. Such a course is consistent with, and required bv the existence ol separate ieeiprocal agreements for the enforcement of judgements and disqualifications made between the turf authmities in England and the New Zealand Racing Confer,•nee, and the Australian Jockey Club respectively.” The judgement concludes:—- • \Yo desire to make it dear that we ourselves have come to no conclusion upon the mel'iis of the disqualifications imposed by the N.S.M. racing tribunals.
