lUBTUALIAN AND N.Z. O'llLE ASSOCIATION. .MASS -MEETING OF I,A HOUR. (Received this day at 9.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 17. At a mass meeting under the auspices of the Returned Soldiers, Sailors, Watersiders’ Union, and casual workers, decided unanimously to join the iinion in order to present a united front more effectively in the light lor that preference mi the waterfront, which is given them by law. The secretary reported the membership bad increased four-told during the past three weeks.

There are no developments in the overtime dispute, but it is believed that the Union leaders, so far. have not been instructed to resume tinder normal conditions on* Monday in pursuance of Mr Justice Powers orders. No overtime was worked to-day.
