TRAIN ROBBERS CONFESS. (“Sydney Sun” Cables). (Received this day at 8.50 a.in.) NEW YORK, November 1. Willis and Willie Newton, two ■ five brothers from Texas, who are held in Chicago in connection with a two million dollar mail train robbery at Rondosh last June, confessed and pleaded guilty. Ten others are under arrest, but the police are unable, so far to obtain a. return of any money. LOS ANGELES OUTBREAK. NEW YORK, Nov. 4. A physician at Las Angeles says the outbreak is very closely associated to bubonic plague.
