Lady Sholte Douglas was granted a decree nisi from her husband, who is a brother of Lord Allred Douglas. The ease was undefended. An American naval wireless message received from Pekin this evening eonfirms the statement that the city is completely isolated a.s far as telegraph and railways are concerned. It is regarded as significant that Eengyiihsiang should have returned to Pekin front the front.
