Rowdyism at election meetings m various parts of the country lias boon given pioioincnce in the press. Officers at Unionist headquarters deliouticeil the breaking up Unionist and Liberal meetings, as an introduction of the Bolshevist method into English polities. Liberal headquarters assert that the rowdiest are not electors. Many appear to bo of alien origin, and the disturbances seem organised. Labour headquarters emphatically deny the* allegations that they aie in anywise connected with the disturbances. The Official Labour Party declared their opponents, if they persisted in their misrepresentation could not be surprised if audiences showed the limit of human endurance had been reached, hut the Labour Party desired every facility for open discussion to bo maintained.
